KIDS’ BIKE SAFETY RODEO

Safety, skills, bicycle handling, bike and helmet fitting, prizes and more!

Bike Buckeye Lake hosts this event in collaboration with representatives from the Fairfield, Licking, and Perry County Health Departments and local fire and police departments. Kids will have the chance to learn and practice safe biking skills in a fun learning environment.

Act as a catalyst & resource to promote healthy, vibrant and sustainable communities by making walking, running and cycling safe, convenient, and accessible for residents and visitors through: 

  • Creation of safe trails connecting the towns, villages and other points of interest around Buckeye Lake 
  • Building the Buckeye Lake Trail in a manner that encourages safe and easy integration to other regional trails 
  • Active funding and promotion of related regional charitable activities
